Another Reason to Avoid New York City

Remember when Bloomberg sent his investigators out of state, to scrutinize gun shows? Well, now he’s found a new way to waste the tax dollars of New Yorkers. New York City’s Department of Health and Mental Hygiene has just published a booklet entitled Take Charge Take Care. It is a “how to guide” that instructs heroin addicts, on the proper method of shooting up.

Mayor Bloomberg apparently has no problem denying law abiding citizens their 2nd Amendment Rights, while encouraging the use of illegal drugs. Talk about a mixed message…
